銀盛泰集團召開2016年半年度工作會議

2016年8月12日十五時(shi)整,銀(yin)盛泰集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)二(er)零(ling)一六(liu)半年度工(gong)作(zuo)會議(yi)在青島(dao)景園假日酒(jiu)店(dian)水晶大廳隆重舉行。集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)董(dong)事(shi)長任(ren)軍代表(biao)董(dong)事(shi)會向(xiang)全體同事(shi)作(zuo)《銀(yin)盛泰集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)2016年半年度工(gong)作(zuo)報告》,對(dui)2016年上半年的各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)進行回顧總結的同時(shi),對(dui)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)下半年工(gong)作(zuo)開展思路進行安(an)排部署。

會議開始,任軍(jun)董(dong)事(shi)長(chang)首(shou)先(xian)代表(biao)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)股東會、董(dong)事(shi)會,對大家(jia)半年(nian)來的(de)(de)努力(li)工(gong)作(zuo)表(biao)示感(gan)謝:“今(jin)年(nian)上(shang)半年(nian)對于銀盛(sheng)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)來說,是(shi)不(bu)尋常的(de)(de)半年(nian),企業(ye)經歷了(le)一(yi)段較為特殊(shu)的(de)(de)考驗(yan),但是(shi)越是(shi)在這種不(bu)尋常的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)期(qi),我(wo)們銀盛(sheng)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊越是(shi)表(biao)現出了(le)杰出的(de)(de)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊凝聚力(li)和(he)職業(ye)化水平(ping),這令我(wo)感(gan)到十(shi)分欣慰(wei)和(he)驕傲;大家(jia)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)結一(yi)致,全(quan)力(li)以赴,2016年(nian)上(shang)半年(nian)各項工(gong)作(zuo)穩步推進,保障了(le)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)穩定發展的(de)(de)同時(shi)(shi),也(ye)贏得了(le)社會各界對銀盛(sheng)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)以及銀盛(sheng)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊的(de)(de)高度評價和(he)認可。”

隨后,任總(zong)對集(ji)團(tuan)2016年(nian)(nian)半年(nian)(nian)度工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)行總(zong)結(jie)(jie),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)總(zong)結(jie)(jie)圍繞集(ji)團(tuan)上半年(nian)(nian)經(jing)營(ying)情況(kuang)概述、房地產板塊(kuai)其他板塊(kuai)上半年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)總(zong)結(jie)(jie)、集(ji)團(tuan)2016年(nian)(nian)下半年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)重點及工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思(si)(si)路三部分(fen)展(zhan)開。任總(zong)指出:2016年(nian)(nian)初,立(li)足集(ji)團(tuan)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)戰略,我們(men)有針(zhen)對性地確立(li)了“精(jing)細(xi)管控年(nian)(nian)”的(de)企業年(nian)(nian)號, 半年(nian)(nian)來,我們(men)緊密圍繞集(ji)團(tuan)核心工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思(si)(si)路,“精(jing)細(xi)管控、風控優先、系統(tong)思(si)(si)考、創新發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)”;傳承文(wen)化(hua)基因,發(fa)(fa)揚(yang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠精(jing)神;以(yi)利潤(run)為導(dao)向,以(yi)機制為保障,優化(hua)城市布局,落地自動運營(ying),強化(hua)團(tuan)隊執(zhi)行,全力以(yi)赴落地集(ji)團(tuan)各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)目標。

任總還(huan)指出(chu):我(wo)們在(zai)(zai)為2016年(nian)(nian)上(shang)(shang)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)成(cheng)果感到欣喜的(de)(de)同時,不(bu)能忽視我(wo)們在(zai)(zai)上(shang)(shang)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)所暴露出(chu)的(de)(de)短板(ban)和不(bu)足。下(xia)半(ban)年(nian)(nian),各(ge)體系、各(ge)分子公司需認真總結上(shang)(shang)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)經驗(yan)和問題,找(zhao)齊(qi)短板(ban),彌補不(bu)足,在(zai)(zai)2016年(nian)(nian)下(xia)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)更進一(yi)步。

會(hui)議最后(hou),任軍(jun)董事長對(dui)2016年(nian)下半度主要經(jing)營指(zhi)標(biao)和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)思(si)路進行(xing)(xing)安排(pai)部(bu)署。任總指(zhi)出:2016年(nian)下半年(nian),集(ji)團上下需緊(jin)密圍(wei)繞“精(jing)細管(guan)(guan)理、風控(kong)優(you)先、系統思(si)考(kao)、創新發展”的(de)核心工(gong)作(zuo)思(si)路,以利潤為導(dao)向(xiang),進一步夯實精(jing)細管(guan)(guan)控(kong)基礎,提(ti)升自(zi)動(dong)運營水平(ping),強化集(ji)團條線管(guan)(guan)控(kong)和(he)區域管(guan)(guan)控(kong),提(ti)升各(ge)(ge)部(bu)門和(he)各(ge)(ge)職(zhi)能的(de)內部(bu)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)。集(ji)團各(ge)(ge)職(zhi)能中(zhong)心、各(ge)(ge)分子公司,要做到有(you)思(si)路、有(you)措施、有(you)標(biao)準、有(you)目標(biao)、有(you)執行(xing)(xing)、有(you)監督(du),全面落(luo)地現有(you)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)制(zhi)度,保障管(guan)(guan)控(kong)的(de)穩定和(he)團隊的(de)高效(xiao)協(xie)作(zuo)!
